We have a yearly contract with them to come out twice a year. We have been using them a long time. They are quick to come when we need them. We are at the top of the list if we have a problem. They will come at 10 o’clock at night. The owner usually comes and we have no problems.
I think Mathis Air and Heat is great! I LOVE my new system. MATHIS Air and Heat were there on time, met the owner as the morning went on, the crew was very professional, especially in this August heat. I can tell an immediate difference in the feel of my house from both a cooling and humidity correcting stand point. The THERMOSTAT, by Nexia…LOL It’s amazing! It tells me everything I need to know about the weather in North Texas even a 5 day forecast, let alone the wi-fi with the ability to program the temperature even if I’m not in the house. I appreciate the service and attention to detail that KERRY orchestrated to his crew; was also very surprised how fast they were in putting this new system in and hauling away the old one. I felt I got good price on this higher priced system. So THANKS MATHIS for outstanding service and helping me get what I wanted in a system that a will last me for YEARS!!!
Kerry and his team did a great job. Everyone at Mathis was very friendly and they worked well around my work schedule which is an A+ in my books. Kerry was awesome, he answered all my crazy questions and walked us through step by step on what takes place with an install. Now my husband and I can enjoy the remaining of our summer stress free with our new HVAC system. Great job Mathis Air & Heat.
