Mathis provided us access to funding for our project, and even loaned us a portable AC unit for the weekend. We highly recommend Mathis AIr and will use them for future maintenance.

Mathis air conditioning is the best when you need knowledge and experience for a system. My older home’s central system was added to the house 30 years after it was built with piecemeal equipment and wiring (no inspection necessary for electrical in my neck of the world). It’s a beast of a vintage venting system with archaic thermostats here and there. Mathis is the only Company that has been able to come right in and work on the issue without giving a blank look and saying, “l have never seen this before?”. I have used them for 15 years now and it hasn’t changed when it comes to knowledge and professionalism. I’m sure something could and has phazed them over the years on job sites , but l can’t imagine a set-up Scarier than mine. Speaking of scary, there’s nothing scarier than an a/c system being down to me. I have MS and heat causes a serious down time. Mathis is always responsive to this and is the only company l have trusted for upgrades (including thermostat!). Christi, on dispatch, fields the calls and the parts and accessories research, and is herself very knowledgeable and practical. She is also friendly and has the reassuring voice you want to hear when a system goes down in the Texas summer! I would never hesitate to recommend Mathis to anyone.

These guys are awesome. They carved out a way to see me on the same day I called, showed up when promised, fixed the issue in a half hour, were super reasonable on prices, and very informative with my 200 questions. Will definitely use them again!

We posted a need for a new HVAC system on Home Advisors. Several dealers reached out to us, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

Kerry and his team did a great job on the install day. Even though it was a super rainy day, they didn’t track any mud in the house and were very respectful throughout the process. Their prices were the best we were able to find and they were great from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Kerry Head came out the day after I called and was on time. Kerry was extremely professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike the two other vendors from which I requested quotes, Kerry did not try to sell me equipment that I did not need. I was/am extremely pleased with the overall experience of having to replace my entire system. The installer was equally professional and pleasant. He did not rush to get the job done, but rather took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I could not have asked for a more attentive and professional group of people.
