Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

I had to get a whole new system replaced in my new home. Everyone on the team was great. Christie was nice and patient with me. She had great communication the entire time. She gave me options and broke everything down for me. She even worked to get my new system installed ASAP, especially having a 4 week old in a house with no AC. Kerry also did a great job. He came out quickly to do the initial inspection, stayed in communication and made sure we were good the entire time. The whole process from choosing the system, setting up financing and installation was smooth, easy and stress free. And now I can enjoy AC just in time for summer to come.

Mathis Air and Heat are wonderful. I was having problems with my old Ac and I called them. Mrs Mathis really educated me on the phone and sent out their wonderful salesman Kerry. He diagnosed my problem and sold me a new AC system. My old system was 33 yrs old. Due to a cancellation they had they were able to install the next day. The installers were neat and very knowledgeable. They finished in a few hours and left my home just as neat as they found it. I would recommend them to any one and especially my family.
