Kerry Head came out the day after I called and was on time. Kerry was extremely professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike the two other vendors from which I requested quotes, Kerry did not try to sell me equipment that I did not need. I was/am extremely pleased with the overall experience of having to replace my entire system. The installer was equally professional and pleasant. He did not rush to get the job done, but rather took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I could not have asked for a more attentive and professional group of people. Christi & Matt with Mathis Air are absolutely amazing! Our upstairs HVAC unit started blowing hot air and I was panicked! I called Mathis and they were able to squeeze us in same day! Matt came out and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went to get the part for us. He was able to get it running of the evening and came back the next day with the compressor size we needed and fix the problem.

He was quick and efficent and I am so grateful for him! Christi at the office is absolutely the best and was so helpful and kind. We will be using them again if ever needed in the future!

WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company. We are glad that we found this honest and experienced people for our big project. Kerry was very knowledgeable and recommended us the best replacement option. Entire job was done in one day, the installers were very professional and after job they cleaned everything in and out. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work we have received. The price was very reasonable and we look forward to having this company servicing our new system in coming years. If you want to replace your A/C system don’t look anymore. I had to replace my whole unit a few months ago. They gave me three options of units and had it installed in the same week. There was a problem with the electric but it’s an old house. The repair guy and the owner came over on a Saturday morning to get it fixed. Very pleased with the service and the price. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. They also offer financing, which is a lifesaver.

The team at Mathis was by far the most professional of all of the 4 companies we considered when replacing our HVAC system, from the owners (Matt and Christi), the salesman, to the techs. We received quotes ranging from the company that regularly advertises on TV to a smaller start up. Mathis pricing was fair and competitive. Plus, they gave us confidence in their knowledge. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We will be signing a yearly maintenance agreement with them as well.
