We have a yearly contract with them to come out twice a year. We have been using them a long time. They are quick to come when we need them. We are at the top of the list if we have a problem. They will come at 10 o’clock at night. The owner usually comes and we have no problems.

The team at Mathis was by far the most professional of all of the 4 companies we considered when replacing our HVAC system, from the owners (Matt and Christi), the salesman, to the techs. We received quotes ranging from the company that regularly advertises on TV to a smaller start up. Mathis pricing was fair and competitive. Plus, they gave us confidence in their knowledge. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We will be signing a yearly maintenance agreement with them as well.

Kerry Head came out the day after I called and was on time. Kerry was extremely professional, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike the two other vendors from which I requested quotes, Kerry did not try to sell me equipment that I did not need. I was/am extremely pleased with the overall experience of having to replace my entire system. The installer was equally professional and pleasant. He did not rush to get the job done, but rather took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I could not have asked for a more attentive and professional group of people. Mathis Air and Heat is the best deal in town. In May 2018 I bought an entire new system at less than half of competitors price. In January 2019, unit stopped heating. Matt Mathis came to our house and fixed the problem. He responded to our call in less than two hours. He also connected me to my phone so I can control my thermostat by phone. I highly recommend Mathis Air & Heat. He told me of other service (ie security cameras) I was under no pressure to purchase , just informed. I’m totally satisfied ????

I had to replace my whole unit a few months ago. They gave me three options of units and had it installed in the same week. There was a problem with the electric but it’s an old house. The repair guy and the owner came over on a Saturday morning to get it fixed. Very pleased with the service and the price. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. They also offer financing, which is a lifesaver.

WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company.
