We needed a new HVAC system, ours was 22 years old and was shot. We got bids from 3 different companies, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would give them a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the bit of rework that needed to be taken care. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

The team at Mathis was by far the most professional of all of the 4 companies we considered when replacing our HVAC system, from the owners (Matt and Christi), the salesman, to the techs. We received quotes ranging from the company that regularly advertises on TV to a smaller start up. Mathis pricing was fair and competitive. Plus, they gave us confidence in their knowledge. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We will be signing a yearly maintenance agreement with them as well.

Kerry, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable. He explained why our old system failed, why we needed a new system, and which new system he recommended. Independent research confirmed Kerry was correct. Kathy, in the office, efficiently kept us in touch, and was very easy to talk to. Juan and Cesar, the installers, were polite, efficient, and neat. Mathis provided us access to funding for our project, and even loaned us a portable AC unit for the weekend. We highly recommend Mathis AIr and will use them for future maintenance.

Recently our AC units and 2 compressors went out and after obtaining several estimates, we found that Mathis Air & Heat were the most honest and caring. Matt came out initially and checked the systems and seemed very caring regarding our needs. He wasn’t concerned about only replacing the entire systems, but gave us more options to help us decide what was the best alternatives and how it would be more economical in the long run. The other companies that we received estimates were more concerned about our purchasing these expensive systems from them. The workers that installed our units were fast and reliable. Kerry Mathis came out to check and verify work being done and personally oversaw the work. I felt very special from the beginning to the end of the process which was very professional and personal customer service. Christie was very personal, walked me through the process for financing and could not believe how quick the process was completed. It was a 3 hour process to install flooring in attic and installing those heavy duty systems. We purchased an 18 seer unit and it is worth every dime. My husband & I would highly recommend Mathis to everyone because they will be ensuring that our system’s 2 year maintenance free will be trouble free. I was tired of my old 15 year old air conditioner unit breaking down several times every year and finally decided to get an estimate on a new cooling and heating unit. I requested an estimate from Mathis Air & Heat and Christie set up an appointment the next day for me to meet with their company representative, Kerry Head. He was very professional and explained what his company had to offer. He didn’t try to pressure me and talk me into purchasing the highest priced unit and took time to answer all my questions. I accepted his offer and had the new system installed. The installers removed my old inside and outside units, installed the new system, cleaned up everything, and removed off all the debris in about 4 hours. they were knowledgeable, experienced, and polite and did a great job. Kerry arrived with the installers, came back during the installation, and after the job was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. Many thanks to the office representative, Christie, for her help in setting up the appointments, helping to fill out the Customer Warranty Information, explaining the different credit options and her friendly attitude. I can’t say enough about this company and their excellent and professional customer service. I highly recommend them!

I received same day service. Sales representative stopped by my home between his other appointments. Our home owners insurance company (American Home Shield) had not responded to my request for service in five days. Mahis Air and Heat contacted me within a hour. We had been without air conditioner for five days. Mathis's sales representive called his office and arranged to have a new A/C installed that same day. The installers worked late to complete the install and the sales representive came by several times during the install to check on the progress, I would definitely recommend Mathis to my friends.
