I had to get a whole new system replaced in my new home. Everyone on the team was great. Christie was nice and patient with me. She had great communication the entire time. She gave me options and broke everything down for me. She even worked to get my new system installed ASAP, especially having a 4 week old in a house with no AC. Kerry also did a great job. He came out quickly to do the initial inspection, stayed in communication and made sure we were good the entire time. The whole process from choosing the system, setting up financing and installation was smooth, easy and stress free. And now I can enjoy AC just in time for summer to come.

I think Mathis Air and Heat is great! I LOVE my new system. MATHIS Air and Heat were there on time, met the owner as the morning went on, the crew was very professional, especially in this August heat. I can tell an immediate difference in the feel of my house from both a cooling and humidity correcting stand point. The THERMOSTAT, by Nexia…LOL It’s amazing! It tells me everything I need to know about the weather in North Texas even a 5 day forecast, let alone the wi-fi with the ability to program the temperature even if I’m not in the house. I appreciate the service and attention to detail that KERRY orchestrated to his crew; was also very surprised how fast they were in putting this new system in and hauling away the old one. I felt I got good price on this higher priced system. So THANKS MATHIS for outstanding service and helping me get what I wanted in a system that a will last me for YEARS!!!

They were great! It was easy to get them on the phone, set a time to do the work, and they showed up on time and quickly and politely fixed everything. I was impressed with their knowledge and quick work, tells me they’re not new to the business. I like some of their energy saving options they mentioned and was impressed with their knowledge about that also. I will definitely use their service again and will mention them to others.

We needed a new HVAC system, ours was 22 years old and was shot. We got bids from 3 different companies, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would give them a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the bit of rework that needed to be taken care. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

when I called home advisor, they were calling me right at the same time. they came out when they said they were coming, gave me a great quote, came out and installed 2 a/c units within 3-4 hours. they were very professional, courteous and would recommend them to anyone at any time for a/c service. AAAAAA++++ pros!!!

WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company. We are glad that we found this honest and experienced people for our big project. Kerry was very knowledgeable and recommended us the best replacement option. Entire job was done in one day, the installers were very professional and after job they cleaned everything in and out. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work we have received. Kerry, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable. He explained why our old system failed, why we needed a new system, and which new system he recommended. Independent research confirmed Kerry was correct. Kathy, in the office, efficiently kept us in touch, and was very easy to talk to. Juan and Cesar, the installers, were polite, efficient, and neat. Mathis provided us access to funding for our project, and even loaned us a portable AC unit for the weekend. We highly recommend Mathis Air and will use them for future maintenance.
