I think Mathis Air and Heat is great! I LOVE my new system. MATHIS Air and Heat were there on time, met the owner as the morning went on, the crew was very professional, especially in this August heat. I can tell an immediate difference in the feel of my house from both a cooling and humidity correcting stand point. The THERMOSTAT, by Nexia…LOL It’s amazing! It tells me everything I need to know about the weather in North Texas even a 5 day forecast, let alone the wi-fi with the ability to program the temperature even if I’m not in the house. I appreciate the service and attention to detail that KERRY orchestrated to his crew; was also very surprised how fast they were in putting this new system in and hauling away the old one. I felt I got good price on this higher priced system. So THANKS MATHIS for outstanding service and helping me get what I wanted in a system that a will last me for YEARS!!!

Christi & Matt with Mathis Air are absolutely amazing! Our upstairs HVAC unit started blowing hot air and I was panicked! I called Mathis and they were able to squeeze us in same day! Matt came out and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went to get the part for us. He was able to get it running of the evening and came back the next day with the compressor size we needed and fix the problem.

He was quick and efficent and I am so grateful for him! Christi at the office is absolutely the best and was so helpful and kind. We will be using them again if ever needed in the future!

I received same day service. Sales representative stopped by my home between his other appointments. Our home owners insurance company (American Home Shield) had not responded to my request for service in five days. Mahis Air and Heat contacted me within a hour. We had been without air conditioner for five days. Mathis's sales representive called his office and arranged to have a new A/C installed that same day. The installers worked late to complete the install and the sales representive came by several times during the install to check on the progress, I would definitely recommend Mathis to my friends.

WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company. We are glad that we found this honest and experienced people for our big project. Kerry was very knowledgeable and recommended us the best replacement option. Entire job was done in one day, the installers were very professional and after job they cleaned everything in and out. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work we have received. The price was very reasonable and we look forward to having this company servicing our new system in coming years. If you want to replace your A/C system don’t look anymore.
