WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company. We are glad that we found this honest and experienced people for our big project. Kerry was very knowledgeable and recommended us the best replacement option. Entire job was done in one day, the installers were very professional and after job they cleaned everything in and out. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work we have received. I was tired of my old 15 year old air conditioner unit breaking down several times every year and finally decided to get an estimate on a new cooling and heating unit. I requested an estimate from Mathis Air & Heat and Christie set up an appointment the next day for me to meet with their company representative, Kerry Head. He was very professional and explained what his company had to offer. He didn’t try to pressure me and talk me into purchasing the highest priced unit and took time to answer all my questions. I accepted his offer and had the new system installed. The installers removed my old inside and outside units, installed the new system, cleaned up everything, and removed off all the debris in about 4 hours. they were knowledgeable, experienced, and polite and did a great job. Kerry arrived with the installers, came back during the installation, and after the job was completed to make sure everything was done correctly. Many thanks to the office representative, Christie, for her help in setting up the appointments, helping to fill out the Customer Warranty Information, explaining the different credit options and her friendly attitude. I can’t say enough about this company and their excellent and professional customer service. I highly recommend them!

Christi provided free service of fixing drainage clog free of charge , because I gave a referral to my neighbor. Not my companies recognize customers in this way. Go with Mathis.

They were great! It was easy to get them on the phone, set a time to do the work, and they showed up on time and quickly and politely fixed everything. I was impressed with their knowledge and quick work, tells me they’re not new to the business. I like some of their energy saving options they mentioned and was impressed with their knowledge about that also. I will definitely use their service again and will mention them to others.

They were transparent with what the problem was, listened to our needs and gave us several options to consider. I didn’t feel over sold or scammed or under any high pressure sales techniques.

We posted a need for a new HVAC system on Home Advisors. Several dealers reached out to us, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.
